Arwen-Elladan-Elrohir deck with a big focus on the heroes. Try not to lose allies and get your Silvan Refugees out ASAP. Btw, that is the reason for not including Gandalf and Sneak Attack. Try to get Legacy of Numenor in your opening hand, alongside something that helps you questing like the Refugees. Steward is always nice as well.
