This is a modified version of my original "Float Like A Butterfly" deck, which you can read about here:
While my Sting Like A Bee deck is the big combat-capable version of a Hobbit deck, this is a Hobbit deck that is designed to really capture the spirit of Hobbits being small folk who have to use their wits, skills, and tricks to avoid enemies as much as possible. As such, it's not as well-suited to handle many types of quests, but it is a ton of fun to play. There are a wide variety of ways to raise enemy engagement costs, shuffle them back into the deck, have them deal damage to each other, or trap them in the staging area. Bilbo can serve as a tank when you really need it, while Spirit Pippin (yes, he's here!) serves as an emergency button when needed. The main changes I've made from the original version are replacing Steward with Ranger Provisions (Steward is better, but didn't quite fit the concept), adjusting card counts, and going for a wider variety of effects.
