We keep all the core of Scrying/Victory pile but add some cards that work in interaction with the other secrecy in the fellowship. The removed card were not that useful so the gain will be huge. That way we can do our part of the job by taking one enemy each turn and kill him. And ithilien lookout also help to scry too with his ability.
The only slot that is really unsure of his useful is the Thror's map. It may become an additional Scroll of Isildur in future. And may be 3 peace, and thought is too many.
