This is a deck designed to kill a lot of things and do some defending as well
Most attachments go on Aragorn. Shield and Spear go on Beregond (obviously). Aragorn's ability, coupled with Merry's and Rohan Warhorse, means you should be able to engage multiple enemies and kill things.
Gandalf and Secret Vigil provide threat reduction. Foe-hammer and Legolas provide a bit of card draw.
Of course, this is a multiplayer deck. It cannot quest.
