This is a cute little deck. The basic idea here is that Elfhelm's bonus works by the sphere of the hero with a mount, so what if we make a deck that can give it's heroes multiple spheres so they get bonuses to multiple stats and then use various effects to ready them so they can get use out of multiple of them per turn making all those bonus stats relevant (also run rounded heroes with a solid all around statline. Of course, the songs also help with resource smoothing. Later on, you can hand out mounts and songs to other players heroes as well.

Of course, to hand out these bonuses, you do need to get mounts. Ideally you'll want all three of your heroes mounted as quickly as possible. --Generally I find that what this deck struggles on most is questing. If you get a good setup your heroes become decent at questing pretty quickly but your allies won't be helping much. If Tactics Theoden didn't have the 'printed' limitation on his bonus, I'd strongly consider running him instead --Running out of cards can also be an issue. With Theoden's discount you'll be able to afford 2-3 cards per round. Valiant Sacrifice and Guthwine can help but you still might be running on fumes without another deck to help you draw.
