This deck is all about giving Gandalf as many traits and attachments as possible. Every attachment in the deck should go on Gandalf. Merry and Pippin work to keep threat low and keep enemies from engaging until Gandalf is ready to handle them. Eventually Gandalf should have enough action advantage to quest, attack, and defend, as well as use Narya. This deck will do poorly against quests which hit with a lot of enemies from the start, but once you get set up with 15+ attachments on Gandalf it's all worth it.

Edit: The original posted deck had no ents for ent draught, so I've added a couple of Quickbeams.
