Changes from the previous fellowship:
Deck 1 - Cut Gimli for Bilbo Baggins and generally removed other card draw effects to see how well Bilbo can carry. Rebalanced some other cards choices for the switch from 2 tactics heroes to 2 lore heroes.
Deck 2 - Cut the more expensive allies and Grim Resolve for Westfold Horse-breaker, Dúnedain Mark and Campfire Tales.
