This is a good old fashioned ramp deck. Secrecy gets you out the gate with a lot of fantastic cards, like Resourceful and Timely Aid. After that, the secrecy threshold is a lot less important, because your resource ramp and flexibility means you can play expensive allies nearly every turn.
As a play note: Don't give your Théodred resource to Bifur unless you really need it. It's easier to pass resources later via his ability.
