This is a variant of Beorn's deck published a couple of years ago. For more information on how the original deck works please visit his original page (link found below in the "inspired" section).

I will explain below some changes I made:

  • First of all I added Defender of Rammas. 3 of them. You can never really go wrong with them. They are perfect for early game or even later. Until you main engine, Aragorn, is set they do the heavy lifting in defending.

  • I added Legolas to help a bit with the card draw, which overall is decent in this deck but it can still can get some help.

  • I added an extra Galadriel's Handmaiden because they are simply awesome for questing. I also added 3 copies of West Road Traveller that also are great for questing. They also help with location swapping in some tough quests. Both allies quest for 3 when Aragorn get the Sword that was Broken.

  • I added Gather Information and Prepare for Battle both of which aim in improving card draw.
