A deck to showcase the dwarf mining archetype. You can start with either version of Dain in play. You can also substitute Thorin Stonehelm for Bifur for even more mining madness.

This deck is not supposed to be a highly optimized deck for serious play. It is intended to use the bulk of the dwarf mining cards, and is built around theme and the mining mechanic. This is why I placed some more useful allies in the sideboard. Substitute these as needed.

would replace the Longbeard Sentry with Miner of the Iron Hills

then the Narvi's Belt is less needed would replace 2 of themwith Will of the West, with full discarding you will be empty soon.

then for flexible and thread mesures i would include some Gandalf, Double Back or Keen as Lances or Favor of the Valar

if you want to gain efficiency for the price of theme (only needed for the hardest of adventures or nm) put i some Imladris Stargazer and The One Ring

This was never meant to be an optimal deck. Someone asked me to build them a thematic dwarf mining deck using all of the mining cards for them to try out, so that is what I did.

Dwarf Pipe, Nori, Erebor Hammersmith and to a lesser extent Ered Nimrais Prospector, are meant to rescue cards from the discard pile. They all do this using the mining mechanic.

I forgot to add Gandalf and Will of the West to the sideboard until after I submitted the deck, but I told the person to include them. Stargazer got put in the sideboard because she isn't a dwarf, and for no other reason. I would have included her in the main deck otherwise.

Unless there are condition attachments in the quest, I would probably favour switching Longbeard Sentry with Erebor Record Keeper. But Sentry goes in because it is a mining card. I would expect the person who I built the deck for, to begin switching out the allies after trying the deck out for the first time.
