We don't need hobbits, dwarves or pesky elves! But a Mûmakil would be nice...
A somewhat thematic deck. Use The Grey Wanderer to fish for Strider which will let you quest for 4 without exhausting on the first turn. I'd suggest some resource gathering in your first hand such as Resourceful or Steward of Gondor which you'd be able to afford using The Grey Wanderer's extra 2 resources on the first turn for just 1 threat!
The goal is to get your main Harad allies (Firyal, Jubayr, Yazan)out as soon as possible. Once you've got the ones you need out, use the extras in your hand to discard and ready whoever you need using Kahliel's action, combined with Kahliel's Headdress to have free readying power each turn.
Each one of your allies as well as your hero have fairly straightforward attachments that can enhance their existing purpose. We can pay for all of our non leadership attachments using The Grey Wanderer's side B text.
