Here is a neutral Aragorn deck I've been building from scratch. Its a fairly straightforward value build and can be customized for different needs.
Aragorn gets Lore as his starting sphere, allowing you to splash different cards. As Aragorn acquires additional traits he grows more and more powerful.
Arwen provides resource acceleration and card draw and is a solid quester.
Aragorn is a do-it-all, sometimes defender, attacker, or quester.
Tactics Glorfindel is your attacker and can be powered up with Rivendell Blades, and the additional Fair and Perilous or Tale of Tinuviel to generate additional attacks for a boss enemy. Once he has light of valinor he can contribute to the quest too.
Grey Comapnion and Guardians are there to provide additional defenders or attackers.
Unique allies are there for value plays and great additional bodies.
Use Thorongil for Lore aragorn ability to reset threat if needed, or to pop in one of the other abilities for Aragorn if needed.
Fun deck and seems fairly powerful to me so far!

Mar 28, 2023Thanks for the feedback! Quickbeam is just a little too good not to add, but you are right. If I was just going for theme he wouldn’t make it. The Raiments are intended for the guardians to make them super defenders. But going your route with Elessar would mitigate that somewhat. I was hesitant to add Elessar because of the amount of work to get all the traits needed for Anduril. I certainly could build that out …cutting Raiments and Guardians would open a lot of deckspace. |
Mar 28, 2023can understand to buff the guardians, but, 1 elite of them might be enough, most attacks would be able to defend with unbuffed guardians and have 1 for the big attacks seems fine in most cases (aragrn with anduriel is also left to take a big one) |

could be very thematic without Quickbeam
since u are allready deep in aLeP-territory i would use A Fair Exchange (aragorn gains ld with Andúril ) and add 1 Elessar
would skip 2 Raiment of War (glory should get weapons and aragorn anduril + relic or the allies 1 is enough) would consider Open the Armory to get the important weapons/armor faster
