This deck has 2 goals:
1) Play the 3 attachments it has on the accompanying fellowship deck, http://ringsdb.com/decklist/view/3797/outlands-want-moar-1.0, to facilitate outlands spam.
2) Play Gildor's Counsel to negate its presence turn 1
3) Kill itself with Justice Shall Be Done
If possible it will also play some side quests, pass money to deck 2 with Parting Gifts and give it a couple of strong outlands cards with Message from Elrond
The rules state that when a player is eliminated, their deck, hand and cards in play are discarded. This leaves them to be accessed by Stand and Fight from deck 2.
