The idea behind this series of decks is to face all the adventures of the cycles of this game, in true solo progression mode with Aragorn as the main hero of the created decks. All except saga expansions; I want to imagine Aragorn dealing with all the pre-event adventures narrated in the books of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.

Here we have Aragorn in his Core Set version, Éowyn and Gimli.

Aragorn has a very important threat (12), usually this means that I would have found a right combination of heroes that would make me stay under 30 threat for a few turns, so as to avoid the Hill Troll. This time I wanted to play attack instead. Gimli also has a high threat (11), with Éowyn and our main character Aragorn we reach 33, which means having the Hill Troll engaged from the first round. Gimli parried the first attack with in order to increase his attack and bring it to 6, in the meantime luck paid off for the bold and with a couple of Feint in hand in the following rounds I was able to take out the troll without many problems.

The deck suffers from a lack of scry and will power, but Celebrían's Stone plus Steward of Gondor on Aragorn It allowed me to always quesing with Aragorn and to have more and resources to play Faramir and Northern Tracker.

Having access to helped me as I encountered several enemies in the game: another Hill Troll, water viper and the ever-present wargs!
