I have run through Sands of Harad solo with this currently and has done quite well. Only had to redo the last quest once due to picking the wrong objective hero that would benefit the deck most. I'm going to try going through Dream-chaser and Angmar next.

There are many ways to start the deck rolling at the moment. It is not reliant on Steward of Gondor or Nenya but both help out when you do get them. With the card draw and constant cycling of Elven-light you very quickly get the cards you need for that particular quest. However, you likely want one of Mirkwood Long-knife, Dwarven Shield, Steward of Gondor or Nenya in the opening hand just to strengthen the start of the game.

Nenya opens up the use of Ioreth for healing and SĂșlien's additional ability. I originally had Eldahir in there as well to use his lore ability but more oft than not I did not need it.

Guardian of Rivendell might seem like an odd choice but I've found I can get to the point of having too many cards in my hand that I can't use. It discards extra Elven-light cards so that you can use them for card draw and get a fairly good ally out of it.

The sideboard is there to swap in for multiplayer games. Armored Destrier gets far more use when there are more enemies around than in a solo game. Likewise, Northern Tracker gets more use with more locations. Eldahir will likely be better in multiplayer too. You can use him to pre-empt blocking with Gimli to see if the first target has a bad shadow effect, then use Armored Destrier to discard other shadows.

I also thought I would need Will of the West but I don't go through the deck nearly as quickly as my Noldor deck so I have not needed it but I wouldn't be surprised if it will be useful in the Ring-maker cycle.
