Warden of Arnor 5754
Shenanigans-based deck using The Fall of Gil-Galad. Gandalf can use Word of Command to dig out the one copy. Attach it to Aragorn and kill him off after you spam your Deep Knowledge and Legacy of Númenor to get a ton of cards and resources, and reset your threat with Aragorn's once per game ability. The deck doesn't care about the resulting Secrecy, just all the spare threat room to set up with all those cards and resources. Prince Imrahil becomes your third hero for the rest of the game.
