This deck showcases the potential of combining Guardian of Esgaroth with Let Us Sing Together and Goldberry. Combined with Brand son of Bain, the Guardian will quest unexhausted for 4 and still have it's 2 and 2 available for combat. Add in Hauberk of Mail and Squire's Helm, for example, and you've got an ally who can quest for 6, then defend for 5 with 6 . I combined with Círdan the Shipwright and Narya to allow the Guardian to defend for 6 and then swing back with 5 .
I am sure there are ways to hasten and optimize the combo further, perhaps with a different hero lineup (e.g. run Tom Bombadil and The Last Alliance to enable An Unexpected Party to search for Guardian of Esgaroth), but this version at least demonstrates proof of concept and is still fun to play.
