Gearhead 7

This deck was designed to take advantage of the natural affinity of Aragorn/Arwen. Amarthiul was added to have as a defender and give access to the tactics sphere.

I'd love some feedback to improve this deck. I'm not great at building solo decks. So far it is struggling to kill enemies. It can defend and quest well so far. Thoughts on improving???

How useful have you found Andrath Guardsman? If you don't need them, I'd cut them and one copy of Celebrían's Stone. When I build any deck that has access to Tactics, I run two or three copies of <a href="ringsdb.com class="card card-tip" data-code="143005">Legolas almost every time. Your deck here might also like 3x <a href="ringsdb.com class="card card-tip" data-code="09004">Dúnedain Hunter, even though you can't play them until you engage something. They will add to your struggle a bit for a turn, but in the long term they are amazing, especially given their 0 cost. (Also, there are a small number of quests where they are just bad.) If you can get enough attack power in your allies, you won't need Dúnedain Mark much.

Thanks for the tips. I like the Andrath Guardsman more for the fact that he's cheaper than a lot of the other rangers. What do you think of the hero combo? Are they a. Good match? I suppose I could switch to (T) Beregond but I was trying to be more thematic...

It seems I broke the hover-tip links in that last comment, sorry. I think these heroes should work well, absolutely! You have one good strong quester, and two others with a lot of flexibility. Aragorn is always strong, no matter which sphere, and becomes very versatile with all of the attachments. Aragorn tends to spend a lot of resources, and Arwen seems a perfect match for him. This deck should be fun and effective I think.
