A variant of the traditional Noldor deck, with Galdor of the Havens (instead of Erestor) and the Fellowship contract.
During the setup trigger Galdor's response if you have not drawn Narya + Steward of Gondor + To the Sea, to the Sea!. Attach Steward of Gondor to Galdor, Narya to Círdan the Shipwright, To the Sea, to the Sea! and Imladris Stargazer to Arwen Undómiel.
That deck in true solo is not designed to face combat-oriented scenarios, but rather balanced ones.
