A mono-lore deck with the Council of the Wise contract based on a simple idea : Galdor of the Havens + Thurindir + Gather Information team up with Saruman to increase the odds to take or target Saruman's Staff and Steward of Orthanc at the first or second round, then benefitting from Steward's drawing and multiple-readying Saruman with doomed events without threatening up.
