A noldor deck built around Eregion Survivor.
With him Erestor seems like the good choice (instead of Galdor of the Havens) cos your hand will be discarded anyway. So you have to empty your hand and play cards asap.
Your deck will be empty pretty soon and then you can play Lords of the Eldar one or twice per turn.
Light of Valinor goes on Elrohir. With Elladan in play he's a good defender.
Steward of Gondor goes on Arwen Undómiel like in the good old flash noldor deck. Elven-light is not so powerful here cos you dont need that much drawing, but you still need it to have two cards to discard for one resource. Which seems like a good deal.
