This Tactics deck can have you questing for 5/8/11 on turn 1 while also being able to put out an ally for 1 less resource afterwards. You could have a Eagles of the Misty Mountains on turn 1 for example; Quest for 8 and still have Théoden to block or attack. Necklace of Girion allows you to make Éowyn a 7 quester that generates 2 resources a turn. Slap Support of the Eagles on Théoden and he becomes a very good blocker or attacker. Meneldor coupled with Meneldor's Flight makes for a great combo for helping to deal with locations. Flight of the Eagles can also combo with Meneldor and adds Eagle of the North to the encounter deck. Simply put, this deck can quest very well and dish out good damage to boot. I left it at 40 cards because quite frankly, it doesn't need anymore.
