As the name suggests, this is an Eagle deck with a focus on using Doomed cards to raise your threat into the Valour range. Hirgon is the heart of the deck as his ability gets allies out cheaper and also can raise your threat. If he draws the The Red Arrow then he quests for 4 to boot. Éowyn is your main quester with 5 and she can also raise your threat to pull off a massive destructive force combined with Hour of Wrath. Théoden is mostly there for his boost but can be a great defender or attacker with Support of the Eagles. Meneldor is also a highlight of the deck and can help you deal with locations and questing.

Nov 21, 2018So the idea is to get your threat to 40+ range so that all your "Valour Response" cards start to trigger. Steward of Orthanc also gives you much needed card draw for a Tactics Deck in general. |

Interesting idea. Can you explain the valour card usage more? I hadn't considered using them in an Eagle deck before. In my playstyle, the Eagle deck is slow to ramp up and so I try to lower threat.
