Nope. For trigger the ability of legolas and gimli they need to be exhausted during the quest phase

My idea was more to give Strider to Legolas so that he can ready Gimli and than you can have Legolas ready without having to spend Gimlì's resource (even though with the wording I guess you can use Gimli's ability on Legolas even if it's already ready and still give him the +1 attack, since there is no "then" in between the two phrases).
