deceasedhorse has a newer deck inspired by this one: Elrohir's Valor

I made some additional edits; the deck's primary constraint is generally spirit resources. This is particularly true because Arwen is one of the most popular heroes in the game, and Eowyn--while bringing additional willpower, particularly in multiplayer or in the early game--can't match Arwen's flexibility or her ability to enable a turn one Steward on Elrohir.

Accordingly, I addressed threat reduction via Favor of the Valar and added Foe-Hammer to reduce my reliance on playing Elven-light every turn. I've been generally happy with the attachment mix; I feel that Golden Belt as a 2 of is appropriate. An additional Armored Destrier would be nice, but is really more of a luxury outside of quests with particularly punishing shadow effects that would necessitate more cancellation than the One Ring can provide.
