This is basically the same deck as this one, I've just subbed one A Test of Will for a Silver Harp so I can get around Círdan the Shipwright's ability on every resource phase.
Check the linked deck description, it does a great job of explaining how it works. I've played through the whole Dreamchaser cycle using this deck and I've lost a couple of times only (Flight of the Stormcaller, Storm on Cobas Haven, Voyage Across Belegaer). It was very thematic and fun experience. Being able to play my whole hand every single turn felt really great, almost like solving a puzzle with every draw.
