Tryout of Black Riders Saga, one of two hands.
Since Gandalf is Delayed, I have an opening hand of 9, chiefly looking for Protector of Lorien, Unexpected Courage, Silver Harp and Elven Jewelers.
Erestor is chief defender, doing well with a Cloak of Lorien and A Burning Brand, helped by healing from Wardens. If he is damaged, I have plenty of disp... elves longing for the Halls of Mandos.
Arwen is chief quester, boosting will power and first Steed of Imladris
Fatty Bolger is Spirit sphere (and a hobbit which qualifies him so far), so Good Meal provides cheap Spirit events, mainly Lords of the Eldar, The Galadhrim's Greeting or Ride them Down.
He can also hold a silver harp, plucking away to keep a Test of Will, or Galdor in hand if necessary, and ride a Steed of Imladris.
Main problem is fighting, but Ride Them Down and Fair and Perilous makes for some fun twists. The other hand has Feint and Gandalfs if need be. Likewise, this deck can Greet or Double Back the Hobbits into Secrecy.
