This uses the Bonds of Friendship contract from Fortress of Nurn, "Defender of the West" is a proxy here for Thorongil. It's intended for use in the July 2020 solo league, which will use three quests using Fellowship Frodo for five-hobbit hero action.

Hmm. Maybe could use more card draw? Frodo's Intuition is great in this deck, but of course there are (necessarily) only two, and as far as I can tell that's it, except for Gandalf.
