a pip without a pipe? ;)

jokes aside. you have a very wide spread, perhaps its worth, make it a council of the wise deck. (reduce all he 2x and 3x to 1x and add events for that. mostly cheap events for 0-1 cost)

i cannot see a strategy beyond your cards, so make the best of it and make it a council-deck.
