mulligan hard for to the sea. then play every round a noldor with it. draw up to 4 extra cards every round and reduce your thread because of galadriel.

with up to 5 cards per round 55 are not to much + 12 from runes and deep knowledge + some from elvenlight. in fact i think in most games you need the will of the west before the end.
