I used a version of this deck to test out Spirit Aragorn when he was first spoiled. I wanted him to do some heavy lifting. Albeit his ability doesn't hit often, but in some quests, I think he can really do some good work. To see the playthrough, check it out here.
It's one of those decks where each hero has a specific task early game, then, as the game progresses, you can diversify what each hero does.
Aragorn early on has to be your quester, Haldir of Lórien is your attacker, and, with all the readying, Aragorn can defend if you have to engage an enemy.
Many of the old tropes are used to accelerate this deck to get it going early, especially with Galadriel and her cadre of toys.
This is by no means a power deck. It does control locations pretty well, and if you are playing multiplayer, may serve as a great support deck. You could take out some of the "I'm playing single player and need these cards" cards like Valiant Determination, Treebeard, and Wellinghall Preserver, and then fill it with other support cards or more multiplayer friendly allies like [Arwen Undómiel](/card/04058] and/or Jubayr.
