Continuing my journey through the nightmare version of the Grey Havens cycle in solo. This quest was almost as difficult as the last one to get past. I tried three or four different decks and was almost ready to give up when I came across Seastan's version of this deck (yay!). Even with the amazing power of the deck, I was finding that shadow effects were plentiful and were managing to murder me. So I made room for 3 Hasty Strokes and that seemed to be just enough. With their help I was able to turn out a winning record going 4 and 3 vs. the quest. Even those that I won were sometimes really close. In one of them Boromir was my only surviving hero and in another I lost Denethor pretty early. Here is a reminder on how to pilot this deck: Mulligan for Song of Travel. Play Steward and the song on Boromir. Usually Denethor will transfer a resource to Boromir as well. You will need to wait to engage Sahir and Naasiyah until you have some decent questing followers out. The three resource generating cards will be important to helping you pump up the two raiders once they have joined your side. If you can, get a Song of travel on Erestor as well so he can also carry a Silver Harp. This will allow you in late game to make sure you keep from discarding two cards from your hand in late game (usually A Test of Will and a Hasty Stroke, or two Hasty Stroke.)
