Theoden's Legacy - 3 Hunters feat. Galadriel & Guarded 1.0

After Theoden's death, Eomer inherited Herugrim and Eowyn inherited Snowmane. Since she had a new horse, she gave Windfola to Galadriel in exchange for joining the siblings on their hunt into the forbidden land, known locally as the Staging Area.

There's a few cards I don't have due to no Vengeance cycle that would improve this deck, I imagine (I'm proxying 3 Hunters until reprints occur).

Yes, Galadriel's Ally text is 100% redundant here, but her boost to Eomer, coupled with the 3 Hunters contract, is amazing. Mirror helps you get key cards quickly or you can pull out rubbish cards (if you don't have harp and don't desperately need anything, to just thin the deck). Her threat reduction keeps stuff sitting in staging and her draw is useful given the low curve and usefulness of getting attachments ASAP.

Terrible to Behold is an emergency button, but can be replaced, depending on the quest. Protector of Lorien is nice, ‘cause you'll eventually end up drawing a lot of duplicates. It's also Galadriel's way of saying thanks for the Horse, Eowyn.

Since we're down this road anyway, I figured I'd throw in Guarded as Eomer can claim those easily if they land on Enemies, and given the super-low cost of the deck, Glamdring is excellent on him. Girion and Arkenstone are also nice buffs to Questing + Herugrim, and Mithril Coat can help with the low health pool of your trio.

Eowyn takes Snowmane, Golden Shield, Round Shield, and Protector of Lorien

Galadriel takes her toys, Unexpected Courage, Celebrian's Stone, Siver Harp, Windfola (I don't own Silver Circlet).

Second UC will usually go to Eomer, though could go to Eowyn depending on context. Likewise, in order to hit the contract quickly, or if you haven't got Nenya yet and badly need questing, some of the slots between Eowyn and Galadriel can be swapped around.

Elrond’s Counsel keeps threat low, which is useful with Eomer’s ability and Galadriel can lock the reduced level. Also the quest point is flexible as it also synergises with Herugrim and Golden Shield.

Sideboard is tech events I'm considering if I hit a problematic quest or if it turns out they are better than some of the things I've already included. Ancestral Armor would be grand on Eowyn, but 4 purple is steep, when Eomer tends to use his resources up. Spear on Eowyn could also finish off enemies hit by Eomer or Firefoot, but lacks the option to put it on Galadriel for the contract if you didn’t draw her stuff. Plus sometimes extra Defence matters.
