One of my favorite Hobbit lineups. Who would you plan on being your dedicated defender? If Sam (with Hobbit Cloak) you could actually give him an Armored Destrier so he could attack ready again and attack with Merry. I'm sure you're using Fast Hitch for this as well - the Destrier just adds an additional action advantage with shadow cancellation and the Hitch's can be used more for attacking in a pinch (or another defend). In this case you could drop a cloak and/or a Dúnedain Warning. Just something to try out if you're curious.
