lorunks has a newer deck inspired by this one: Rohan allies bouncing from the deck - Eomer Lothiriel Thenge

Incredible fun and effective deck, based on discarding allies to gain advantage with the new amazing Alep expansion. Lothiriel ability will help for quest, Thengel defends and Eomer kills everything.

Tested with success in Ambush at Erelas: I will test effectivness in other quest, but it was really fun.

You know when you see a deck and think, "dang, why didn't I think of that?!" Well, that's what happened to me just now. Amazing idea with Lotheirel and Thengel. Eomer is guaranteed to benefit too. Who needs to pay for allies anyways?

Thengel does not benefit from Lothíriel's ability, as Lothíriel's allies go back into your deck, they are not discarded from play.

@Truckyes you are right about that. Unless you use Escort to Adidas or Westfold Lancer but without Gamling already in play that would be hard to maintain. At least there is the option to use those allies to put allies into play for free a few times per game.

Lothíriel is very good for boosting Éomer but also for Éomund, which enable Thengel to quest and defend. Furthermore she helps a lot early willpower, which can be important in some quest.

@lorunks I'm not saying Loth is bad, I'm just saying Thengel doesn't benefit from her.

Lothíriel and Éomer are one of the most powerful combos in the game.

@Truckyou're correct. But there are some indirect help from Lothiriel to Thengel: for example with Rohirrim scout, you can play it for free with Lot, discard it to avoid engagment, trigger Thengel ability and put another ally from the top 5 cards into play. You have played a sort of Noiseless Movement, played an exausted ally, triggered Eomer for the cost of one card in hand, without spending resources. Fun and efficient!
