It is well known that the Outlands and Harad archetypes that you only really need one AP to make a good deck out of, so why not combine them? The goal here is to quickly get Lord of Morthond out on the table and put Steward of Gondor on Kahliel. Glóin can help pay for the out of sphere cards with Narvi's Belt as well. The dangerous part of the game for this deck (and most decks honestly) is the first couple of turns before you have your allies built up, as the heroes in this deck don't contribute a lot in the stats department.
