This is my semi-thematic take on a mono-spirit Rohan deck.
I played against the Seventh Level, easily winning first try.
Strategy: Keep threat low enough so that Gandalf can stay around. Once Gandalf's in play, it's basically like having a 4th hero.
Other Information: This deck will work so much better when the Imladris Stargazer and Zigil Miner's start digging through the deck. There's not too many Rohan allies in here, it's basically all I got, so Théoden could be switched out for a different hero.
