You should always mulligan for Narvi's Belt as this deck relies deeply on it. Equip asap in Thorin Oakenshield so you can manage better his resources.
The 2nd most important thing of this deck is to get 5 dwarfs in board. You can do this easily with Fili or Kili, activating both Thorin and Ori abilities. Once you have got this 2 requisities, it is basically ggwp.
