Outlands and Silvan is not my idea, I saw it in another deck but I do not remember where. This is my version including The Last Alliance. Use The Last Alliance to target Celeborn most of the time. Lord of Morthond is the main source of card draw.

Cool deck! You can’t include Gandalf in a Last Alliance deck. Perhaps consider adding Elven King so you can recur some of those Silvans.
