This is meant as a support deck for the Tactics Eowyn Rampant deck (see fellowship for link). There's nothing particularly fancy in here, just a lot of card draw and resource generation for the other deck to allow it to find and play its key cards. (There's also a copy each of Good Meal and Elf-friend in case the other deck doesn't get those cards, as well as two copies of Snowmane.) There's also Heir of Mardil for Eowyn, on the off-chance that her one point of attack will be useful. Oh yeah, Theodred's resource will be going on Eowyn when it can and on himself when it can't. Steward will also be played cross-table on Eowyn. Threat reduction and card draw will be provided by Galadriel and Beravor, as well as a few one-shot events. All in all, the deck doesn't really do anything special, but it does let the other deck do a lot of special things, which is the whole point of a support deck, isn't it?
