The aim being to keep the threat at 0 for the entire game using galadriel's ability. Secrecy cards assist with this. When you get nenya, she can help with the quest and you try to reduce threat back to 0 another way.

Why don't you use spirit Glorfindel, who has a really low threat?

@pirinisz The scenario lowers your threat to 0 in the setup, so you can go with as much threat as you like :)

I would add 1 more copy of Vilya just for the resource icon as you have more spirit than lore
