nice title, and decent deck. would put in more weapons and max Foe-hammer

would discard Westfold Lancer and Oath of Eorl (to expensive for 1 tacticres) would then discard Westfold Horse-breaker he is only good in discard-decks

@doomguard Good point! But i War Axe can't attach to Dúnhere so maybe Foe-hammer is difficult to function . Westfold Lancer and Westfold Horse-breaker can be put into play with Lothíriel and then discard.

u have enough for lothiriel, u do not need these mentioned from me (there are so many better targets, eomund, envoy, escort.) i think its no harm discard that mentioned by me. weapons + foehammer will make more.

take 1 War Axe for eomer and some Blade of Gondolin and Dwarven Axe that u get from the core, that can attached to every hero.
