The only reason is i dont own it, otherwise i would most certainly include it!

if you do not use Strength of Arms and Tome of Atanatar then mono-ld makes imo no sense.

if you want imrahil, then Prince Imrahil or even (MotK) Prince Imrahil (+spiritshenanians) makes more sense, but for an optimize deck i would take Arwen Undómiel +(spiritshenanians
