Played this for a challenge to use me hero and no contracts against the Dead Marshes. I took this Spirit Aragorn against the Dead Marshes, and succeeded on my first attempt. Video footage here: https://youtu.be/Y-iu7R473wA 1 hero, 51 cards, ended with 10 attachments (5 for readying abilities), and Aragorn questing for 6 all by himself and boasting 8 hit points - though he only ever took 1 damage with Arwen’s defense bonus. Got hit hard with treacheries removing all my progress a few times early in the game, but snuck around the enemies and powered through the locations and escape tests for the win. Only 3 resources on Gollum for the final escape test. Aragorn is a beast - never even needed to trigger his hero ability! May benefit from an Attack boost if you want to engage enemies.

This is an interesting idea! Of course mechanically the The Grey Wanderer would help a lot, but I understand that's out of the question for the challenge. My question is, why choose Aragorn as opposed to all the other iteration? Especially if you never used his hero ability....
