This is a deck that I made that tries to flip over the Fellowship contract ASAP, so it can get good use out of the universal stat boosts. Mulligan for Narvi's Belt, since it will allow Thorin to pay for and cards. Also look for either Fili in your staring hand, so you can get to 5 dwarves on round 2. After that, Thorin will amass resources, and can pay for anything, while Ori will give you rapid card draw to get the rest off those unique allies out. A Very Good Tale is also your new best friend, since all allies have three cost, and (hopefully) you should get 2 new ones each time you play it. Hopefully it should not take you more than 4-5 rounds to flip the contract, so you can give all Dwarves massive stat boosts (+2 , +2 if Dain gets Unexpected Courage, and +1 . With those boosts, nothing should be able to stop you (Unless you lose an ally, but by that time, it should be easy to buy it back)
Protector of Lórien will help you with all the cards that you won't use, and will give Dáin Ironfoot more . Side Quests are there just for fun but also speed up the process even more.
