This is mainly a thematic deck, so it has a lot of margin to be improved.
The name of the deck is just a joke, because all your heroes can commit to a quest without exhausting (Arwen with Light of Valinor, Aragorn paying a resource, and Halbarad if you are engaged with an enemy). They provide 7 Willpower, which can be an amazing 12 without exhausting anybody if Aragorn has attached A Sword that Was Broken, and a Celebrian's Stone. Ring of barahir grants a good Heal Points boost to Aragorn, and also allows him to activate Eldahir's ability.
I also love the signals, so I put in 8 of them, and the amazing Weather Hills Watchmen to fetch them. Galadriel is great in a deck with so many attachments, and the rest of the allies are there mainly to help managing combat.
The deck can work in solo, though it works better in multiplayer, paired with a deck which can provide some ranged attacks. I tested it against The massing at Osgiliath, and it worked very well. With armored Destriers is incredibly easy to keep 2-3 enemies engaged and defend all of them without many risks.

Sep 27, 2016hahaha, you're right Good point with Silver Lamp. I also had this little concern about the first attack, and I was thinking in DĂșnedain Watcher, which is also a body if you need to chumpblock or 1 more WP (2 with Sword that was Broken) I still have to do some tweaks to the deck. Also, I've recently seen the cards from A Storm on Cobas Haven, and definetively, I'll switch Heir of Valandil for the new Rune-master, which fits better in this deck. |
Would it ruin the title to point out that technically Aragorn does exhaust to quest, and pays to ready?
I love Armored Destrier, but taking the first attack with shadow always worries me a little. It seems that Silver Lamp would be a great fit for this deck, so you could see the shadows and know which attack to take first. It can go on Arwen with LoV or Aragorn with the Stone.
