TroutNinja has a newer deck inspired by this one: Stop! Hama Time.
Designed for play in a fellowship. Hama time is dependent on getting your attachments out, like Blade of Gondolin or Rivendell Bow and then cycling through useful Tactics events to get what you want. What is more, the low starting threat allows you to make use of Unseen Strike.
The ultimate combo that I can see is putting a Rivendell Bow on the Mirkwood Runner and striking an enemy in the staging area with Hands Upon the Bow, for 3 without the enemy having the benefit of their . If one is especially lucky, one could also use Unseen Strike to raise that damage to 6, all for the low cost of 3 and 2.
