I don't think Lore Aragorn is the right fit for this deck. You only have 4 lore cards in your entire deck, plus Lore isn't a sphere Elfelm keys off of. If you want to stick with Aragorn, consider the new tactics Aragorn. Or to keep the sentinel trait, consider the leadership Aragorn.
Asfaloth is nice, but I don't think it's worth having a 12 threat starting hero just for that one card. Additionally, you only have one copy of Asfaloth in your deck. Yes the Horse-breeders can help with that, but if Asfaloth is stuck at the bottom of the deck, you've basically wasted 1/3 of your starting heroes.
You have a lot of cards that you only have one copy of, but you have no way of getting those cards into your hand. I'd try to find a way to add in some card draw. If this is solo, you're going to need more questing. You put in the Swordsman, but you don't have any other outlands to help with that questing.
Also, with so many of your heroes being high-threat and/or with high stats in multiple areas, why not include some unexpected courage?
You really have no need for Ring of Barahir. Add in a second Celebrian's stone to make it more likely to get.
