I think this is the first time I've conceived a deck idea that hasnt been done exactly the same (and better) by someone else before. Gildor Inglorion is there for early questing and to draw cards. You want Steward of Gondor on Elrohir ASAP, and preferably Rune-master in play before you put all your Signal attachments into play (it essentially refunds a resource for each play / move). Ally Erestor is really important as he allows you regular card filtering and seeding your discard pile with what you want for the boosts (Sea-Watchers, Veteran Sword Elf, Warden of the Havens). Not the strongest deck but fun to try. Enjoy!
