Hi, Even without Glorfindel light of valinor is a powerfull card on Elrond. So you can send him to the quest then put a big thing with vilya. And when you have your unexpected courage you can send him questing, make a vilya activation whenever you want and fight with elrond.
Why not Boromir and Legolas ally? Or the three most recent harad ones. They seem better than the old eagles.
